A student enters the world with a restricted perspective, having only been exposed to a select handful of the countless different employment sectors available. They are thus overwhelmed with options that they either never consider or overthink. This is where career guidance may help. This is where career counselling comes in. As a country that has never invested in any form of therapy, we have failed to give the direction, a lighthouse, and a pathfinder that our young generation badly needs.
